Responsible entity and scope
Nuestra Creacion, Inc. provides Voces en Capas for Android. Effective August 5, 2026. This policy covers the app's offline behavior and its bundled visual-literacy activities.
Intended audience
The app is designed for adults age 18 and older who are practicing gallery looking, curatorial thinking, access planning, facilitation, and respectful story stewardship.
Purpose and features
Voces en Capas includes a gallery ribbon, looking rooms, a layer lens, a curator's table, stewardship scenarios, a practice deck, visit and access tools, safety guidance, sources, privacy controls, and about information.
Information collected or transmitted
The app does not collect or transmit names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photographs, files, artwork, messages, identifiers, telemetry, or other personal information.
On-device state
Anonymous module visits, selected prompt IDs, curator-card order, checklist choices, lens position, reduced-motion preference, and the last open module may be stored only in the app's private preferences on the device.
Sensitive records and free text
There is no free-text field, artist profile, visitor profile, submission form, camera, upload, recording, contact list, or place to enter personal stories, immigration information, health details, or youth records.
Permissions
The release requests no Internet, camera, microphone, contacts, location, phone, notifications, storage, nearby-device, Bluetooth, accessibility-service, or other dangerous Android permission.
Accounts and sign-in
There is no registration, login, subscription, membership account, artist account, attendee account, or remote identity check. Account deletion does not apply to this offline app.
Ads, analytics, tracking, and AI services
The app includes no advertising, analytics, attribution, behavioral tracking, remote configuration, crash-upload service, social SDK, third-party network SDK, generative-AI feature, or remote artificial-intelligence service. Bundled visual assets may be AI assisted and are disclosed separately; the app does not generate or transform user content.
Sharing, disclosure, and sale
Anonymous local selections are not shared, sold, rented, licensed, or disclosed to Nuestra Creacion, Inc. or another party because the app has no network transmission path.
External links and communications
Source addresses appear as static reference text. The app does not open a web page, send email, submit a form, request a ticket, publish a layout, or communicate with an artist, gallery, or visitor.
Retention
Local selections remain in private app storage until the user clears them in Privacy Center, clears Android app storage, or uninstalls the app. There is no server-side retention.
Deletion, backup, and device transfer
Each interactive module has a reset control, and the confirmed Clear all local activity control removes every stored selection and display preference. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for app preferences, files, and databases.
Security
Bundled content, data minimization, no network permission, and Android application sandboxing reduce exposure. No software or device can guarantee absolute security.
Children and safeguarding
The app is not directed to children and includes no youth profile, messaging, social feed, attendance, location sharing, or adult-to-child communication feature.
Art, cultural, access, and safety limitations
Content is general education, not cultural authority, translation certification, provenance research, legal advice, accessibility certification, therapy, medical advice, security response, or emergency service. Follow the maker, venue, community, qualified professional, and emergency guidance that applies.
Policy changes and user choices
Material changes will update the effective date in the app and on the corresponding public policy page. Users can review the policy, reduce motion, or clear local activity at any time.
